Job Description Busy Cancer Center near St Joseph's Hospital in Bryan, TX seeks immediate FULL TIME PERMANENT, EXPERIENCED Billing and Coding and Collections Assistant. Must be upbeat, outgoing, and self starter. This job will be fast paced as well as very detail oriented. Type at least 40 wpm. Must have already had and be able to provide proof of Medical Coding and Billing Course training completion. Will do heavy data entry for billing physician services for radiation therapy treatments. Will do coding and scrub claims and must know modifiers, bunding, unbundling, HCPCS coding, etc. Will do heavy prior authorization with insurance companies for cancer treatment. Will create appropriate payment plans for cancer treatment plans and will discuss with patient and arrange payments with patient. Must be self starter. Will initially be sent to Dallas for 3 days training, with hotel and transportation paid, then will have 2 days training at St Joseph's Hospital, for Patient Access Dept. Need asap,. Send resume and proof of billing and coding training. Company Description WE are actually a small staff leasing company known as TLS Management, LLC. 1 Billing Coodinator in Dallas, and 1 Billing Assistant in Bryan, TX. Will communicate by phone, Skype, VPN. Billing coordinator will travel to Bryan, several times per year to train, to supervise, and to oversee Billing Assistant.. We lease our employees part time to St Joseph's to do Cancer FACILITY billing and prior auths, and the other 1/2 of the day our employees work for Cancer PHYSICIAN billing.
